The email with my boarding pass just never came....

UI leaves me trying to figure out what to tap next? Spent ten minutes failing to scan my passport details. Unhelpful help. Just wait until you get to the airport to check-in. Cant figure out how to give this app zero stars, otherwise I would.

Cannot change flights. Cannot check an important update about your flight as it just tries to check you in. United checks you in randomly and you cannot change your flight anyway, forces you to call them to fix a problem they created. Save your time and do not download this app.

No buffering for movies or TV shows! Amazing quality and very easy and straight forward. Great for long or short flights.

Travelling from Canada to the U.S., so passport information is needed for check-in. The passport scanner on the app is a good idea, but i had to do it multiple times due to it automatically capturing before all info in the window or glare. Plus the app froze numerous times, so I had to start over. Took over an hour to check in 4 people

The new feature is great! Good for connecting flights.

The camera keeps crashing and I cannot checkin 4 people. This is like web1.0. Why cant I just type in my info?

Amongst all the Airline Apps I have this by far is the best. The coolest features - Seat Maps for all flights. Shows occupancy etc. Where is this aircraft coming from, very cool tells if your outbound is likely to be delayed etc. I love this one.

When you board a United flight, the flight attendants announce that you will need to download the latest United app to use onboard entertainment, however, since this version is over 100MB (its 101MB) it cannot be downloaded without wifi, so there is no way to download it while sitting on the plane pre-flight. Perhaps United could lose 1MB from the file size to fix this? Thanks! :)

This ap has never worked for me. Freezes often. Needs work.

Why show departure time in Apple Wallet? That info is of no use to a traveller. Show boarding time instead. Departure time is as useful as telling me time of peak altitude. It doesnt matter. Only thing that matters is when I need to be at the gate.

I cant even get past the passport scanning stage - keeps crashing. Very disappointing, United.

a very poor substitute for checking in via web interface. Why does United force us to use it?

What a pain. I cant check in because I dont have an American passport! Let us check in online like we used to be able to do.

It has the option to show different currency but only option is USA. Would be nice to show fares in Canadian dollars. Until then the app is useless to us outside the USA

Only reason we downloaded this app was to check-in. Since we are flying from Canada, United wants to scan our passport. Fine, except the app toally fails to, you know, SCAN THE PASSPORT.

Compared to other airlines this app is outstanding!

Doesnt save passport. Plane/seat display unusually large. Informs you that processing your check in didnt work at the END of the process. Waste of time, why dont you allow Web check in and passport check like Delta. Content with being the worst airline I guess.

A totally useless app that takes a lot of your time and then goes in an endless loop trying to verify your info. Finally came up "United Airlines data services unavailable". A total dog and utterly fails to do what it is supposed to do.
