Failure. Sent me walking all over Houston International Airport my gate changed from C-18 to E-19, the other side of the airport. No notifications, no change to boarding informations. Went to the gate and was like asked why my plane wasnt listed. Completely horrible! Dont provide information if its going to be inaccurate.
App is very useful- a must have. Only have trouble because of the delays but notifications were great. Thinking about not flying with united though. Both ways from sfo-las & las-sfo had delayed flights. Had to wait for extra hour both ways, and a lot of turbulence riding the smaller plane 2 on 2 on top of the wait. Sigh*
Its nice to be able to check in and get boarding pass on the app, though its sometimes quirky and doesnt retrieve all itineraries. Updates require manual refresh sometimes. Overall, one of the better airline apps.
This is the worst app Ive ever used. It took me over an hour to check in 4 people. I am shaking from frustration right now. Worst of all it wont let me add my TSA pre check. What the hell united? Hire some software engineers
United Airlines will not issue a boarding pass unless you check in using the app to scan your passport. Unfortunately the app crashes as soon as you enter your booking info! Just plain aweful!
Twice Sitting in airport waiting on flight holding boarding pass and app cannot find reservation or tell flight status. Whats it for? Old app was better.
I bought a ticket using this app and got charged twice. Refund still pending. Problem is app cant handle a transaction. I bought the ticket and included premier access. The ticket went through but not premier boarding. The app reported failure and to try again. The app should report that the ticket is good but premier boarding failed. The error message is to fast and there is no way to view it, it just disappears. So, the error message lead me to try again and I bought a second ticket. Its a dumb app without any consumer protections.
When I log in, Im asked if I want to enable Touch ID to log in. Even when I click yes, nothing happens.
Was encouraged by staff to download this app for the entertainment "offered" by the company and only told after the fact that there is a charge for everything. A waste of time and bandwidth.
Ive been using the UA app for years, but recent updates completely screwed up the passport features. It no longer saves my passport information and I have to rescan every time I fly international which is weekly. Its also dropping my UA number off of my reservation when I check in even though its clearly on my confirmation emails. Its not a horrible app, aside from these inconveniences, but there are a lot of little things that would make it better.
The apple watch part of this app is useless. Within an hour of my flight when I look at the watch the gate isnt shown and displaying it was last updated the prior day. What the? This is also whilst my phone is on, connected, everything set to update and kayak and the airport know my gate.

Tried to log on. Confirmed login but "unrecognized device" of course since it was first time use of the app. Answered the security questions correctly, but no joy. "Unknown error, press home button to try again." Tried three times same thing. Will be deleting the app.
Huge empty space on the home screen everything is buried in a sub menu. Reservations dont always show up and have to be manually added. United please just fix the broken updates to Apple Wallet mobile boarding pass when gate changes or flight delays occur. Thats all we really need.
This app cant find my flights even though I am positive the information is correct, an the same information works fine on their website. Very frustrating.

After a recent update when playing an entertainment selection the app mutes sound unless there are headphones plugged in, so if you have switched over to Bluetooth headphones you have no audio! Stupid design decision.
Worst airline app. Login info works on browser and not on app.
