Typically you would like your travel app to be reliable say at least 10% of the time. United manages to make even that small percentage seem like an impossible dream. This app has more flaws than features, more headaches than helpfulness, and pain than pleasure. To be fair it matches well with the deplorable reputation of United as a company. Do not use this app for anything important because it will fail when you need it.

The app is great for booking flights, checking flight schedules and flight status for the day of travel. Highly recommended.

This app is 100% useless; dont waste your time, as I did while awaiting a flight at ORD.

If you check in using your computer, you will not be able to retrieve boarding pass using this app.

Dont support a predatory company.

I downloaded this app because I need to fly on United several times in the coming month but it will not let me log in. I constantly get an error message with no details. I can log onto the website and it works fine but i travel all the time and live on my phone. I need this to work so I get my boarding passes, check flights, and book additional flights. How can a major airline have an app this bad? I hope their plans have better maintenance than their apps. My Southwest, Delta, and American apps all work.

Someone in their infinite wisdom decided to disable Bluetooth when watching in flight entertainment. This is a stupid decision. Boarding passes dont update w/ gate changes. Push notifications are always late. You need to know about delays ASAP. Not five minutes before boarding is supposed to begin. Lack of luggage tracking is just sad. American and Delta have had this for a long time. You cant even get luggage carousel information. Wont store payment information. Having to enter your CC information every time for upgrades like priority access and economy plus seats gets old. It has the information for ticket purchases but not anything else. A few little things would make this a great app.

Cant log in with correct info

United is now charging for overhead bins? Whats next, oxygen? Deleting app...

The camera could not capture visa. After 30 minutes effort and many many times of failure, the information was in. Then, error message show that the visa cannot be accepted and proceed to airport for check in! United, did you ever test you APP before release to your customers? Horrible.

No longer knows anything about reservations Ive made through the website. I have to enter my name and confirmation # and flight # to get any info. If I go back later I have enter it all over again. Needless to say it does not give a boarding pass. Is it possible to be more useless?

Even the gate changes (which made hours prior to departure) are not updated. Unrealizable...

Although the website lets you enter your visa information, the all doesnt. Other than that, the app is alright.

Although it might not be that easy to use, but I can use this app to get almost everything I need for my flight.

First airline I am traveling on that doesnt accept a non-U.S. passport for mobile check-in, when LEAVING the U.S. This happens repeatedly. United has of course outsourced the document check and that company cant process international travelers - which isnt really surprising for a provincial airline. United, thank the tax payer for bailing you out. Its not because of your level of service that you are still in business.

Usually love the app. Now gives an error that says "not able to find any flights that meet your requirements". Im only trying to sort the results by price or duration, not filtering.

When you choose email summary option for an existing reservation and you enter your email and hit submit - it never sends the email and you next receive it. This bug should be fixed ASAP

I have to sign out and sign back in every time theres an app update? Id use expletives here if I could.

Cant select bday it keep going back to todays date. Really you are a multi billion dollar company and u cant even get the basic info on app to work. Im afraid to see how you fix your plane. If you cant even get simple software to work. Next time its delta we will fly. O and also the flight we just took had no water in plane so could wash your hand after you go to bathroom.

So the app requests a flight number, but its ua####. The app doesnt show me letters only numbers. I tried with out ua and app tells me no flights. A better explanation would help me. Then I try the airport and time and it again says no flights. Im trying to find out when my brother-in-laws plan will land. Dont think this app was any help to me at all. If I tell it flight number or airport and time why would it says no flights ?
