I want functions to add my MileagePlus card and Booking into Passbook.

keeps telling me to sign out and sign in but I cant even sign in to begin with!

Not sure why it has such a low rating, but this app does everything I need it to do. Check in online, see boarding passes and itinerary details, book flights... Have had no problems with this.

Very efficient as I can book, change, upgrade, check in bags from this app. Nothing more to say.

While opening the app, the iphone 6.1.6 is blocked and cannot be unblocked neither from the Home button nor from the On/Off button.

name suffix like DR are not accepted. example MR DR firstname lastname that are converted in flight ticket firstnamelastnamemrdr are not recognized as valid traveler name

Opened the app for the first time, had to answer security questions as this was an unrecognized device. It failed with something went wrong as the error message. I called United help, who were unbelievably clueless.

Tried uploading passport info for family of five. Each time it let me do 4 of the five and then crashed when trying to upload the fifth. When airlines want to you to check in online it seems ludicrous that an app is the only way to do this and it doesnt work.

useless junk app that Im forced to install before my no personal screen flight. will get rid of this the minute I land.

Attempted to answer the security questions, and Im certain my answers are correct, but it fails to complete the log in for two days at this point.

Save yourself the frustration and just check in at the airport kiosk. This POS will lead you down the looooonnnng road of taking pictures of your passport and visa (which for a family can take a half hour), then the app will crash and make you try agin. And again. And again...no thanks!

Latest release has broken the ability to view the upgrade list. Cmon United - youre better than that right?

When flight schedules or gate numbers change, this app used to automatically update the boarding passes stored in the Apple Wallet. This no longer works and has created some difficult situations. Always read the video boards and dont rely on this app for accurate, real time info.

still cant use the app to add your milage plus number to your reservation. Why is this so hard?

This app was useless on my flights ...useless

I literally only downloaded this app for the "free" entertainment. There is no free entertainment. Also, the app looks like it hasnt been updated since 1996. Its extremely clunky and way to confusing for what it is supposed to be.

Why do I have to download this app in order to check in?!?

Works just right for all an airlines app should be. Also works great for frequent flyers .

"Something went wrong. Please try again." Thats all it says. Wont let me in, regardless of whether I choose to enable Touch ID or remember the device or both. Somethings borked.

To say you are listening to the complaints, and come out with this "upgrade" is a disgrace to your dwindling number of customers. This app is a complete and utter design failure. Start over, please. The company known for abysmal technology, needs a total management change before any real improvement will ever take place.
