When trying to stream, it always says: "The entertainment system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

I did try 3 times, hangs where you need to enter the address of your stay in U.S. If you are not an US citizen.

I downloaded the app for inflight entertainment. The app crashes every 15 minutes or so. Really very unstable. Used it with iPad Mini 2

Always timeout when adding to passbook... "Error saving boarding pass to passbook"

This app provides so many information: seat plan, e-ticket, upgrade list, airport, airplane, and so on. Highly recommended!!!

Ive tried using it for several different trips and every time I get to various different stages before it completely breaks and entirely fails at being even remotely useful. Pretty lame how in 2014 they have such a worthless app.

It wont allow a Canadian credit card as a method of payment.

Too bad Apple has kicked us original iPad users (IOS 5) to the curb by not providing a newer version of the IOS that runs these newer apps such as the United app. Many of the new or updated apps require IOS version 7.

Seriously, the interface is clean and swift, no lag, and it lets you check your flight info, check in, and change reservation details. Pretty much the only thing to ask for is a MileagePlus card for Passbook.

This is a great app.

Overall this app works pretty good. Just don’t expect to get the emailed receipt for the baggage receipt when you put in your optional email address. Failed twice on the same trip making my expenses a bit of a pain now.

This app is a total waste of time and effort. Having troubles after numerous tries checking in. I understand that sometimes passports may not verify but the fact that I keep getting an internet connection error -when Ive triple-checked that Internet is working properly- is a total let down. Dont be fooled by the 3 star rating guys....look at how many 1-stars there are compared to everything else.

Shows there must be some young blood programmers! Very good app! Simple but yet lets you do many things, seat selection is most important for us that fly often, please keep it up

Easy to use and working well.

Ive always had problems with checking in with United. Isnt the app tho, its just United. Same problem from a browser on the PC (any PC). Dont seem to have that problem with other airlines. Also have a problem with storing my traveller info on their site. Doesnt give errors, but wont save changes. They apologized, but offered no help or explanation!

Compared to other Airlines, UAs app has a lot of features. It lets you do a lot of things other airlines cant.

Watch app currently doesnt launch. Rest of the app is great. Works best if you are a United frequent flyer. Would be great for Canadians if you could provide an Air Canada account instead.

This app is better than the Airline service. Its useful in telling you how much of a delay to expect.

I got this app to travel with but every time I went to use it on the flight to check the status of connections it was useless. Youre far better off using your phones web browser to check flight status or anything else that matters.
