Painful

Travelling from Canada to the U.S., so passport information is needed for check-in. The passport scanner on the app is a good idea, but i had to do it multiple times due to it automatically capturing before all info in the window or glare. Plus the app froze numerous times, so I had to start over. Took over an hour to check in 4 people
