Good site. Very simple to navigate around.

It wont allow me to view reservation details, or add new reservation.

Dont rely too heavily on the flight status information shown in the United app, its unreliable. Flight status will go from delayed, to on time. Refresh the flight status? Back to delayed!! Flakey information is super annoying.

App crashes and wont let me open it. Even on the 10.0 beta version. Horrible

Payed $6.99 for in flight connection. The Internet was so slow and poor, its been over 2 hours and the app is still downloading. #notworth

I tried to check in online in order to receive electronic boarding pass, but was forced to download this app in order to scan my passport to complete the process. After first attempt the app tells me it was unable to complete the check in process at the final step. So I spent another 15 minutes starting from scratch and encountered the same problem...the worst part is that it doesnt save anything at any step. Definitely a bad experience

I cant do anything like yknow. It wont even let me check in. I waisted taym trying to check in layk yknow, 5 times and everytime ot said tht eye cuoldnt check in????? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ಥ_ಥ

United forces you to use the app to check in. It keeps trying to scan your passport. Useless, now I got to go through a huge line up at the airport.

I am unable to add the app to my wallet!

Go to watch a movie and cannot do so without the United app. They say you must pay for Internet to download app to view movies. Pay $4.99 for 1 hour and the connection is so slow that I cannot finish downloading the app. Really suckered me in. Wasted 2 hours messing with this. Not worth the stress.

Its supposed to be able to scan your passport but the app never manages to take a picture. After trying to align the window for 15 minutes Ive given up. Please test you app before inflicting it on the public.

Checking in is a complete nightmare for international travelers. The worst app, Ive ever used. It crashes, it doesnt read the passport, then it crashes again, then it doesnt read the passport. Stick with Delta.

After 3 attempts (at 5 minutes each) of passport control uploading, decided this app was a huge waste of time. Will not validate passport -- and worse -- gives no indication of why. Enjoy moving your camera around and looking ridiculous to make sure the photo gets taken for no benefit whatsoever. Just see a gate agent and keep these fellows employed.

The passport scanning function is useless. It took 8 tries to get a useful scan. Why has united introduced this as a required step to check in when the app is such crap?

So as the title suggests, the app itself is great. I love being able to check how many miles I have on my phone without having to go online. That said, it is kind of a pain to have to keep retyping my password every time I want to check. At least it stores my mileage plus number so I dont have to keep retyping that too! It would also be great if the mileage history were also in date order with everything like on the homepage instead of grouping flights and others separately.

Maybe its because I have a foreign passport but it keeps crashing every time I try to check in for my international flight after tapping Continue!

I cant register. Error after entering all the fields....

Tried to buy premium economy upgrades with my credit card. Expiration year cannot be entered b/c the value is from 24 to 34. The authorization fails, and I would have to do it over with PC. If this isnt a conspiracy to stop me from upgrading, fix it ASAP. Then I will give a 5 star.

This App is useful especially because boarding passes can be stored in Passbook. It would be really nice if MileagePlus membership card could also be stored in Passbook. It then should be able to reflect the status change almost immediately. In fact, Delta now has installed this function in their App after the latest update. I really hope UA will follow.

This app is very useful
